About Us

History

351 Albert Street holds a rich history dating back to the 1800s when it served as the early Pinellas County Jail along the railroad line. Transitioning through the decades, it transformed into a storage warehouse and feed store in the 1920s, then became The Foundry, an aluminum casting and machine shop, until its closure in 2004.

Our mission is to elevate this historical site’s legacy, replacing the original foundry with an architecturally vibrant design. Introducing The Dunedin Foundry, where our aim is to preserve the area’s rich history while providing modern, comfortable living spaces that align with Dunedin's vision and culture.
